How many free scans do I get?
You get 5 free scans per day to identify rocks, minerals, crystals and fossils.
How accurate are the identifications?
Every scan returns a match confidence score. The app also shows hardness, lustre, streak and composition so you can confirm the identification yourself.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play).
How do I delete my account?
Email us at startupinvestmentgroup@gmail.com and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
Why does the app need camera access?
Rock Identification App uses your camera to identify the rock or mineral in front of you. No images are stored without your permission.
